The first Specialized Allez was launched back in 1981 and 42 years later, the latest update of the cult classic has resulted in a bike that certainly reflects the changing of the times.
Ahead of the launch of the new disc brake equipped Allez and Allez Sport Road Bikes launching, we took a spin on the latest version to see how it performed.
With increased tyre clearance, a revised and more versatile geometry and the use of the renowned double butted E5 alloy in the frame, this is a highly capable road bike for those looking for a machine that can do it all.

Remember when Allez was a fast light bike? The 2014 S-Works Allez is still sought after. This one will never be sought after now or later 😪

That generation of Allez (S-Works and Keyline colors) was their best iteration of the bike. The only downside was the paint/graphics that cracked.

@@rsx101 I exclusively ride on road and I'm happy riding 26 to 28 on my Tarmac SL6. Wide enough for me. If you want to ride Gravel, go for a gravel bike with disc brakes. Keep in mind: Rim for Road Disc for Dirt

@@psnSupergrobi10 Latinamerica "quality" roads have potholes that are more like craters, so 32mm tires comes in handy, highways are almost the only good roads we have here.
