I am so happy that they changed Goofys house. When I was younger we waited in line to go in and I was too tall. We had to wait for my siblings to get done bouncing and I was crying absolutely devastated. Goofy came out and gave me a big hug and gave me my first ever autograph in my new autograph book. ❤I will always remember that little magic he gave me that day! Now everyone can experience his house if they want to 🙌🏻

Toontown is like 1/3 the size of galaxy’s edge yet somehow has 1 more ride, more meet and greet opportunities, plenty of more rest area outside of restaurants, and more interactive areas. Good job Disney. The only thing I would like to see is additional food option but you can’t have it all!

To be fair though it literally took decades to get three attractions again. TT was the only land in the park that never got a single update after RR was added. I suspect GE will get another attraction within the decade at least.

Stroller parking is a neverending problem! Disney should implement two stroller check-in facilities in each land as Universal Studios Hollywood use to have back when I worked there.

Being there was awesome! I do miss the waterfall by Donald's boat, but the space is beautiful that they've created. Almost looks like a brand new land.

I loved Toontown before the refurb of the land but I absolutely love the new Toontown! This is exactly what that land needed was a refurb and update! Now lets go Tomorrowland with a refurb!

I’ve seen people have issues with the dreaming tree area looking too simple, but considering how detailed everything is in the new toon town I’m sure they thought about how to make it as easy as possible for people to sit there. And it’s a real tree, it’ll grow lol

I like the idea of growth as well! Took me a second to catch the symbolism. Remember it’s for the kids. They will treasure this land and grow with the tree. N I adore that.

Exactly what it needed to be: a place for the littles to let off steam and olds to chill a bit. Lots of lanterns; that should look awesome at night. One of the very best places at night in the whole park is the teacups and it’s because of the lanterns and all the colors they add. It’s almost surreal. Perfect for a cartoon land.

I saw this, too. Always an eye out for plaids to see whom they might be escorting. In this case, the head of parks and resorts!

@@RobRoyRoadie I’m sure that’s true. What I meant in this case is I wouldn’t have noticed him had it not been for the two plaids preceding his group. But I’ve trained myself to checkout who they might be escorting and, thus, saw it was him.

It's so nice to see ToonTown revitalized and given some love! I love, love, LOVED ToonTown as a little girl. Seeing it suffer from neglect over the years as all the fun features I remembered got removed or blocked off made me sad.

Agree about the stroller parking on the grass!!! Nooooo!!!!! I hope they can find a better place… but I loved watching all the children playing and running around… such a great place to not wait in a line but to play!!

I remember as a kid riding the railroad and seeing toon town almost done being built. A brand new land! few months later we went and it was the coolest; especially the back alley with all the interactive things. So glad they put some love back into toontown, its always been one of my favorites.

Maybe a compromise for families that need strollers is those ‘umbrella strollers’ that are narrower and can be folded up when you are on a ride. Much more practical for travel and not as intrusive.

I remember when Toontown opened when I was a teen. I am usually against massive change, but in this case its beautiful. What an improvement!! The toon mountains look great, fountain is awesome, grassy areas are a major improvement, and kids play area is much needed for the young ones.

Didn't strollers have to be parked outside of ToonTown before? It surprises me that they have started allowing them in. ToonTown looks amazing now. I am obsessed with the water table water fountain, that was a genius idea!

Strollers were left all over ToonTown. It was quite bad. The roger rabbit fountain was a makeshift stroller parking area but people would leave their strollers everywhere along the "street".

@@PeppersGhost that must have been recent years only because I remember not being able to take them in when my kids were younger, 10-15 years ago. I thought having to park them out by Small World was a pain, but I see the reason for it now! So sad to see all of that grassy area just covered with strollers.

Wonderful…fantastic! Lots of areas for kids to play and do things….for families to relax….everything is so well thought out and incorporated now! Hot Take: Toontown is bettered designed than Galaxy’s Edge. In a smaller footprint it has 3 rides plus a walkthrough and 3-dimensional visual movement.

Great video and walk through David! The imagineers really hit this one out of the park, well done!! Love all the grassy and play areas, as well as the quiet areas in the back for those to rest and recharge too. Truly has something for everyone. Once they get the strollers all taken care of and the water working, it'll be perfect.

I had a lucky break, and I was there on March 9th, and there was no one there. Runaway Railway was 25-45 minutes all day. It was great!!

This is absolutely amazing! Love the practical effects in Donald's Boat and Goofy's House! The Mickey and Minnie fountain is beautiful and has so much activity to it even if it isn't interactive! So much life has been infused into the land now and everything about it feels perfectly made for the youngest of kids! Thrilled they have the Gadget figure on Chip and Dale's Gadget Coaster (even though I wish it kept the old name). With the new Chip, Dale, and Zipper figures as well, it feels a lot more Rescue Rangers inspired now, but I didn't see the last member, Monterey Jack... I hope he wasn't left out... The "valet" stroller service is brilliant, but definitely needs more room. Hopefully after the "new" factor has worn down a little for Toontown there will be fewer strollers on that grassy area, but I'm not holding my breath. Love the video as always, David! Makes me even more excited to (hopefully one day soon) visit the Happiest Place on Earth for the first time! Fresh Baked!

Wow. Toontown looks amazing. LOVED the little kid telling you they watched your videos over by the slide. I agree about the strollers. Need a better place for them. Not on the grass.maybe just outside or along the entrance especially if the kids are older can walk. I understand having them inside the land when they are infants. Can't wait to come back to visit and see this for myself. Also can't wait for the next video. Freshbaked

Toontown really does look amazing. I sadly missed it by a day. I was there on Friday but will be back in two weeks to see if for myself. But I love how open and vibrant it now looks. And with MMRR there and a big hit the entire area feels practically new.

Wow, what a wonderful job they did with this area. It is so alive! In Florida we had a Toon Town back in the day, a lot of the stuff in the houses were roped off, similar to a museum 😢, it was very unapproachable and static. This looks the opposite of that❤

I miss Toon Town at Disneyworld so much, I can't wait to see here when we visit in June. Please visit at night so we can see what it looks like, thats what I'm really waiting for.
