wait but doesnt felix trigger for each creature connecting to a player seperately? and for each of those hits produce another gonti trigger cuz felix doesnt say "when one or more creatures hitting something" it says "when **a** creature hits something causes something to trigger it triggers an additional time" shouldnt that count for every creature hitting a player producing an additional gonti trigger? or am i thinking too much? maybe i am thinking too much i am confused pls help

@heirofheart766 so gontis wording is when one or more creatures hit a player you take a card, felix would make it so you take two The spikefeeders played it as every creature that hits takes a card which is way more powerful

@@heirofheart766 When a creature connects, felix asks not only "did combat damage happen?" but also "did any abilities trigger as a result?". And as Gonti triggers only once per opponent, it will just double these triggers. All the other combat damage causes no triggers and as such they don't get doubled.

I can use any type of mana mean I can use colorless mana to cast it. Gonti give 1 cost reduction and Doc Aurlock give 2 cost reduction cast from exile so I can cast 0 mana for the spell cost mana 3 or less, am I correct?

Rules aside I think biggest thing that may have helped the game was Alex not putting Olivia in the grave when he had a reanimation spell ready. The 3 life gain may have helped, as well he could have held mana to crack all that food he had to heal up a bit over utilizing dire fleet when he was already on the defensive.

for me there was a mistake for the effect of gonti at 26:05. The effect says: Whenever one or more creatures deal combat damage to a player. So you can exile only 1 card for each opponent except a minion has double strike then there are two instances that deal dmg to an opponent and it triggers twice.

13:21 can somebody explain to me why according to the edit Bill should get a 1/1 from that land discard? Both Sand Scout and Crawling Sensation had already triggered that turn, their text reads "triggers only once per turn" and "First time a land would enter your graveyard", respectively. super fun game all around, Maddy's Villainous Wealth play created some great tension. absolutely love the new overlay/visual effects, incl. showing which creatures are attaching which players. well done, folks!! I saw something in previews about a "bounty" minigame with the commander decks? is that a thing, did i misunderstand something, or did it not come with the first look versions of the decks? pumped for the next 3 precon vids, the 2k mana base idea is clever!
