Just got my Sherman kit here in the UK! These 1/16 kits are what I’ve been waiting for all these years. Now all three of my grandsons are getting into the hobby because of you and these kits!

EEEEEEEEEEEE-YAUGGHHH! Wow! The excitement around here. I started playing the video, and my Dachshund, who had been sleeping peacefully on the rug on this rainy day, leaped up like he'd received an electric shock, started barking frantically, and ran around and around the room, down the hallway, and back again, barking all the way! My African Grey parrot nearly fell off his perch when he heard the news, screeched "NO SHIT, SHERLOCK!!!" (he loves that expression) and then flew around the room in circles yelling, "Release the hounds! Batten the hatches! Furl the jib! NOOOOO prisoners!" Big celebrations here, for sure. I've already put in my pre-order for this beauty. Will probably do it in Wittman's version.

I built the Stug III and am currently working on the 1/4 ton truck. I have the Sherman lined up behind the truck. You're putting them out faster than I can build them!

Built the Stug, just started the EZ8, and have the US 1/4 ton which will get kitbashed to a British SAS Afrika commando jeep with twin Vickers, loads of stowage and the grill mounted condenser can. How about a little love for the British WWII armor ?? Maybe a 1/16 Matilda 😁😁😁

Finished the “1/16 Easy Eight” can’t wait to be able to build this tank sometime, the Sherman was not to difficult but difficult that was enjoyable and extremely pleased with the finished product, amazing kit.

YES,YES,YES! Everything looks awesome. Take it from someone who has tried detailing various RC Tigers in this scale, this relegates those to the shelf of doom. I would build that as it is and be a happy camper. Hopefully the mid and late version will follow.

WOW!!!!!! totally amazing detail on both the figure and the tank itself. At a cost of $150 US, I'm impressed and may buy 1 myself.

May have to mothball some of my ship models to make room for these 1/16th scale monsters. Building the Sherman right now, great kit to work on, nearing the painting stage. I was hesitant on this one due to the way the track build was described in an early video but it looks really straightforward. Pre-order is in.

Considering the only other 1/16 options available are the Tamiya kit which is RC focussed and about £600+ and the Hong Leng one which is cheap, but more a toy than (serious) model, this is a great subject choice. Just placed a pre-order for one and I am so glad they omitted the 'full interior' option as most people aren't bothered about that feature. Fingers crossed for my favourite German WW2 AVF to be released by Andy's HHQ next in this scale and to this quality - A Hetzer!

Again Takom is going to release an impressive model, not only in size but the sheer quality of one of my favourite tanks. I'm impressed.. I have looked carefully the parts that you have showed but I have noticed that it is missing on the outside of the tracks the external protection for the drive sprocket easily seen on many photos especially that of the Bovington Tiger. Nevertheless a great model 👌 👍

I think what we need now Andy is a 1/16 scale Pershing to add to the list. I have just finished reading "Spearhead" by Adam Makos. For those who dont know, Its about the Pershing & its crew that was involved in the famous duel in Cologne towards the end of the war. Looking at the photos in the book it was quite a big tank compared to the Sherman, especially in the width. I think one would look well alongside the Sherman and the 1/16 jeep.

Another beauty. Well done Andy. My only concern when building these big beasts, I wish they came at least with a fire wall and base plate just to give a little bit of interior detail. But apart from that looking forward to the Tigers release. Let’s hope the Churchill Tank is not far behind, hint hint..

Hi Andy, congratulations to this release 👏...although in love with Tigers, I am 1/35 guy, so I leave this one...but I surely wish you all the best with this kit 👍 You said many times that this test shot is still missing many details (being really curious to see how the weld lines will look); but I am bit worried if it will be still possible to remove those ejector pin marks on each track link - they look really bad and ain't fun to remove...

Remember those welds round the view ports on turret sides haha looking good though the video doesn't show its size to be amazed in aww at till you get on sitting in front of you! My sherman wouldn't even fit through the front door in its packaging box the box came in haha!
