Jon looked disturbed when doing restaurant cooking… unhappy. Who knows really why he quit. Stress effects people differently, some thrive and some wilt.

People and their horseradish pomme puree (mashed potatoes). So unnecessary. Standard rich mash can be upscale. It's bitterness. WHYYYY would you do that to perfectly good mash? I tried it once when I worked in a restaurant. That's a fuck no for me Gregg.
