Here is a very short timelapse of the Galactic Core rising in the early morning hours of February 22, 2020. This is my first shot at the Milky Way for this year. This is just over 200 images, beginning at about 4:44 AM until just after 6 AM.
The Galactic Core was visible from approximately 3:42 AM until astronomical twilight at 5:32 AM (all times are CST). Unfortunately, there were a few clouds that partially covered the GC and I also had to deal with the light pollution in my area. Still felt great getting out under the night sky with the camera again!
