I use soft points with both the .22-250 and .223 and have no issues getting heard and/or lung shots from the angles you shot. I do have the unfortunate luck of sometimes going above the heart and between the lungs like you did on the piebald but with the extra expansion it usually barely nicks a lung to give me the harvest check.

I've been using the ranger 243 on my hunts for hog deer goats and axis and drop them no problem first time I've used it in maybe 3 years

Man I miss being able to play pong on the hunter mate. Perfect for waiting for moose to enter their drink zones.

I've been playing 3 weeks now and your videos have helped me alot. I've been exclusively on Layton. If I go to another reserve will my Layton map remain the same?

Yes you can play another reserve and then go right back to Layton where you last left off👍🏼

I think they need to add a 9.3 bolt action, they need to buff the 22-250 and 45-70, and maybe add a 375 as another class 8/9 weapon

Hey @flintergaming, I was hoping to PM you but couldn’t find a place to do that. My save file got corrupted and I lost all of my game play of the past 6 years including all of the DLCs I purchased. Do you know if EW would be willing to reimburse me for those or allow me to download them again? Not sure if you’ve heard of a similar case.

we need a new 9.3 next weapon pack/map if it had more than 1 round the 9.3 would be one of the best guns in the game

Hidden ammo stats are annoying. At that point why even have stats if the numbers are just loose suggestions as to what it does.

Went for a heartshot on a black bear...shot just below. Went in between the lungs and into the spine. 😔
