Glad to hear that there hasn't been any more theft of Granddad's firewood. It's a felony were I am to steal firewood. Most of the homes here in Spokane still use wood to keep warm ...I use 4-5 cords.

Firewood is EXPENSIVE 4 plain ole Doug Fir. Grandpa uses from what I gather mostly hardwood. I used to get all the cherry and maple firewood I wanted for nothin as at my job we logged often enuf 2 assure we always had plenty on hand. I'll respectfully decline to mention my thoughts on dealing w/thieves from the angle of a judge since in America the justice system is broken. I'm off 2 checkout *welding blankets... Dude your channel ROCKS.*

Finally fall is here! After recent rains me my little brother and my dad went out into the woods to check out the first mushrooms of the season. We saw so many beautiful specimens like russula's, shaggy manes, witch's butter and many fly amanitas. But my favourite was by far the earth stars. They are so pretty!

I sure enjoy your videos, Outsider. You're thoughtful and articulate: "These beautiful harbingers of winter . . ." And your cabin project and video production are so well done and enjoyable to watch. Your project reminds me of one I did some 20 years ago. I remember my first night's stay in it. I suspect that your cabin project, like mine, will bring you a lifetime of grand memories. Thank you for sharing your experience. Lee

Hello from Pennsylvania ! When I saw your video pop up in my notifications it instantly put a smile on my face and I forgot what it was I even went on KZfaq for this morning. It was great to see you again and this adventure was every bit as good as all your others. I was wondering in the beginning of the video, with all those turkeys, if that is something you do up there to get even more out of your great fortune of having that land to work and play on. Do you hunt up there and is there also places you can fish. Those lights you have are awesome and I really need to look into getting one of those. Glad those terrible people are not bothering your grandfather's wood shed any more. It's too bad you even have to take steps to prevent that from happening. This is a whole different generation of people who were not taught the meaning of hard work and honoring the hard work of others. Well, anyway, thanks for another great video and hope to see your dad in your videos real soon.
