This is an Italian house from the mid-1960s. Some details such as the balcony railing, the floors and the bathroom tiles are very recognisable.

Prachtige Tuin met een prachtg Huis in een prachtige omgeving met Lieve Buren. Je treft het maar, met zo,n een mooie kans om hier te gaan wonen ! Het Huis heef heel veel potentie om er een nog mooiere plek van te maken, ga jullie volgen !

Was all of that stuff in and around the house abandoned and left for you to sort out whether to keep it or dump it?? There were some nice pieces to keep and there is lots of potential to make it really beautiful.

@@Simplelifeinitaly Ik heb een huis gezien wat geregistreerd staat als F/2 in het Italiaanse kadaster. Hebben jullie daar ervaring mee? Ik weet dat alle structurele aanpassingen via een langdurige vergunningsaanvraag gaan, de kleinere dingen kan een geometra makkelijker aangeven bij de gemeente. Ik wil eigenlijk alles zelf doen en tot op zekere hoogte is dat zeker mogelijk. Waar zijn jullie tegenaan gelopen? Zijn er echt dingen die ik moet weten en rekening mee houden?
