The problem with the siege weapons is that there is the weapon itself, and the guy controlling it. So, when you have cheerleaders, they will sometimes chear the guy and not give any buffs to the machine. edit: also taking control of snakes can be fun 🐍🤪

I need to know what first person Valkyrie is like

The Ullr is far and away the strongest unit in the game. Between the longer range, the AoE freezing, the general tankiness, and the decent rate of fire, he's damn near unbeatable. Only units I've found that beat him 1 on 1 are the giants, a ballista that's far enough away, and very lucky firework archers. It's insane EDIT: and Artemis. Completely forgot her

The ballista seems to have been nerfed. Pretty sure it used to one shot mammoths.

Wonderful vid as always! For a suggestion, have 40+ ballista's against each other. It's quite the carnage. I had ballista's topple over so the guy would slam himself into the ground with each shot.

Got a fun challenge. Play as a squire, assisted by an archer and a healer. Battle against 5-10 clubbers and increase their numbers with every victory!

they should add a way for more people to join as one of the units so RT can do "I conscripted 100 of my subscribers to battle to the death in Totally Accurate Battle Simulator"

You can do a versus with somebody where you play as one unit and the other person makes a level with a certain amount of points. Then you switch roles and you become the level designer and they play as the unit. Each round the point max increases. First one to lose 5 rounds loses

This reminds me of that bigger, more realistic TABS inspired game. It had the control-the-unit gimmick as well.

I put 15 Ullr up against 150 Sensei. Many Ullr survived no matter the formation combos I tried. He is so stronk.

Love all the TABS content, the best ones (IMO) were with two people battling, like the HORSE game with Sjin or the recent one with Simon. The cuts where it said "Round two!" and such, I could do without. It kinda disconnected me from the feeling of being in the room with you two. That's my only gripe, and it's a very minor gripe at that. I really enjoy all this TABS content.

3:58 "I've built myself a level." I do this all the time, I love Ancient 1, and I usually play a Bone Mage. Also, I can't wait for Unit Editor so i can get exactly what I want. (A Butter, with weapons. Headbutters have the best groundspeed, so give one a bow, and a Bone Staff. See what you can do with that speed.) I know there's mods, but I don't want mods, I want the official game to come out with Unit Editor already! Also, try the "Death from Above" level, it's a lot of fun!

So I think the cheerleaders buff is static and ongoing. It may be plausible to supliment a cheerleader in the way back on a art, or ranged unit and over the course of the fight that unit would become quite powerful. Adding +1000pt is pretty expensive though

Ever played Beast Battle Simulator? You can have elephants. With guns! And Trexes...

The way you want the cheerleaders to work is to make a sort of loop with them. When a cheerleader buffs a unit it works faster, right? Well, if a cheerleader buffs a cheerleader it can buff a unit more often and thus make it faster faster. and a cheerleader can buff a cheerleader, which can then buff a cheerleader buffing a cheerleader, and so on.

Bam!! I can already tell this will be hilarious!
