Wait, was that last guy skill hacking? I'm confused...Sekhmet kept using S3 even after landing skill cooldown increase. And oliver I watched use his skill rotation without having to S1? Unless there were video cuts I missed, can someone explain if I forget what a skill does?

The number of removed buffs reduces the S3 cooldown.
