What looks like the first pip (a crack or hole in the egg) was spotted by the Falcon Cam in the peregrine falcon nest atop the Wood County Courthouse clock tower on May 9, around 8:56 a.m. Look for it in the top left egg. The live Falcon Cam is a partnership between the Wood County Commissioners and BGSU. This is the 14th year in a row the falcons have chosen this spot to nest. The peregrine falcon is BGSU's official mascot.

Second egg laid: April 5, 3:15 a.m.
Third egg laid: April 7, 9:23 a.m.
FOURTH egg laid: April 10, time unknown
First pip (hole in the egg) sighted: May 9, 8:56 a.m.
