Morissette is one of the best vocalist and she sings live, no lip synch and no auto tune. Many artists are "Popular only" but the skills level is mediocre.

Her performances on the Wish Bus are absolutely perfection (The Wish Bus 107.5 is a radio station in a actual Bus that travels to various location in Quezon City, Philippines). Performances include: Never Enough (from The Greatest Showman), Rise Up! (cover of Andra Day), Secret Love Song (cover Little Mix - an English girl band), Akin Ka Na Lang ((Tagalog) this one always shocks the listener 3/4 of the way through) and a duet with Darren Espanto singing A Whole New World. Mori's live stage performances are also spectacular checkout the Asia Song Festival 2017 from South Korean (Mori is the 1st Filipino singer to appear at this festival).

When Philippine singers sing a cover the original is under threat as they have a record of owning the song . Morissette with "Rise up" and "The Greatest Showman" is examples. Gigi De Lana with "Unholy" is another.

Did a quick search on YT of performers you have reacted to and noticed you've done Dimash - how about doing his idol Lara Fabian?
