I love your videos! Just wanted to suggest trying an animal based diet instead of carnivore, I've had similar struggles as you and with animal based, you can still add in fruit, honey, maple syrup, dairy, some veggies, and easy to digest carbs like potatoes rice and sourdough bread. It's still minimal processed food but very nutrient dense and you wont want to cheat as much because your satisfying your crab cravings. It's still low carb compared to standard american diet and focuses on most nutrients coming from animal products. That combined with intermittent fasting has helped me a lot.:)

Thank you for the advice! However, I have no self control, I’ve done carnivore before I just need to set myself up for success and prep myself food again and take home lunch etc. If I eat rice I will continue to look like the way i look 😂
