Where I wish I knew more is with respect to ground preparation and foundations. Maybe that's beyond the scope of Ryan’s Shed Plans.

Just a tip for sled pulling get a longer rope put it around the back of your neck and under your arms lean forward and go. A piece of pipe insulation can be added for padding. I have been pulling portable ice fishing shacks like this for years.
