FIRST START For Our R32 Mk2 Golf After Head Gasket & Chain Replacement

It's the long awaited first engine start of the rebuilt R32 engine in our Volkswagen Golf Mk2.
After months of work, involving removing the engine, stripping and tearing the engine down, having the head reconditioned, replacing the head gasket and fitting new timing chains, repainting the bay and installing new power steering and brake lines, the engine is refitted back into the engine bay and we turn the key. Did we bite off more than we could chew?
Did it go BANG???

Thank you very much. Yeah it does sound incredible. The VR6 in either 12v or 24v guise are such good sounding engines. Hope you enjoyed the video and have managed to check out the other videos on the channel.
