my boy kyle moved to florida to learn from the big dogs. this video exemplifies it perfectly. so many new techniques and extra attention to details. Good stuff. Reminds me when i took my normal prep cook job and worked at a fine dining restaurant for a year. I was able to learn so many techniques and skills from master chefs. Exactly the same way Kyle's learned from master tuners and mechanics.
