For matchups where you can proc first strike without threat it is very strong to gather gold for your core items! In matchup where you are playing to survive lane and scale, guardian is the rune you want!

I prefer redemption 1st item then go the moonstone dawncore route. the redemption during laning phase is a powerful playmaking tool which I like quite a lot

At least for me, when i play seraphine i go like this, aery if you will go full healing and shielding, comet if you go full damage in support and first strike in adc/mid

aery is fine with similar runes to sona although guardian really helps survivability for you and your adc!
