#1 the base is a trained professional, this is his career. #2 it is near impossible to find somebody who will just stand around and spot for hours while we train almost every day of the week. On a college team there is always plenty of guys around, but in a business that is not always the case. Guys would want to be paid for their time spotting, or they get sick and have to cancel, any number of things. Hopefully that helps.
