The "experts" do not take into account that the Celtics have players who are still improving with each season. That would include Tatum and Brown, along with other young players on the team.

Not really, Brown had a sort of down season last year and Tatum has peaked. Their strength is that they have defenders/scorers at all 5 starter positions. Not that their top 2 players are so good.

Philly has a comparable bench as of now with better contract/draft pick situation. also maxey as of now has the most potential out of any player on philly and boston combined.

Forget the title. Tatum and Brown have been to more conference finals than everyone on the sixers combined. Embid hasn’t been to one. Not one. He is 5 years older than Brown and Tatum. This isn’t NBA 2k. You have to actually make it through a season without injury.

I think the Achilles heal has always been that SF position for the Sixers and bridging Embiid and Maxey was essential to compete defensively against Tatum and Brown. Caleb Martin will also be another key signing to matchup better. Going to be a good game when those two teams play.

pg went 7 games against peak lebron (2013) as a first option. he helped lead clips to their first and only conference finals 6 games without kawhi.
