His contract doesn’t hinder that an with the way the new cba is almost every team signing 2nd round pick to the 4 year guaranteed deals. @@Mrfurg10 since when does a rookie get to take up Guaranteed cash? Since when does a rookie, of his caliber, get the equivalent of anything to a vet? LoL, Guaranteed money will definitely work against the team when they are STILL looking for another piece. Lastly, when your 55th pick will get sent to the G league, it takes away from your bench, which hurts the team. Think deeper than fandom bro, fr. Anton Watson was 54th and will play off the bench for the Celtics, Kevin McCullar was 56th and is being called a “Draft Steal” already and will ALSO get PT off the bench. That could have been HELP for the Lakers 🤷🏽‍♂️
