Darvin Ham wasn’t a very good coach just yet. His rotations and schemes just wasn’t it. He need to go somewhere that can give him time to improve like an Utah or somewhere like that. He deserves a second chance just not a team that is looking to win a championship ❤right now

There are many logical reasons why it doesn't make sense. 1) If LeBron should have waited until the end of the season after Ham was fired, doesn't that mean LeBron isn't responsible? 2) If you would do a podcast with LeBron, what are you complaining about? 3) JJ is not even AD's first choice. Seems like he was unhappy with Ham's coaching. 4) Lakers said JJ is the next Pat Riley. If LeBron is responsible, doesn't that make him a great recruiter? LeBron can be passive aggressive, but it would be nice if people presented these opinions with more valid reasons why Ham is a great coach.

Why would LJ consider the media’s toxic narratives before creating a podcast. Who cares what people or coaches think? He’s teaching the game by sharing his knowledge, not undermining his coach.
