Hey when you mentioned P/S rack pump issues I have had the same trouble and found on high mile cars I had to replace hoses Internally they either constrict or completely block the pressure SO now when cars come in they get hoses at least pressure and return then from coolers I run my own hose shit happens bro Got some serious exhaust leaks huh?
