Well, there's a lot of people that mod scooters and talk english, but maybe not in youtube. I see you've got an air cooled scooter, the engine seems like minarelli replica. Using a Yasuni exhaust is always the best choice if you're not on very high preparations. You should buy a liquid cooled bike, i recommend piaggio engine because it's very powerful, has lots of mods and it's durable. Also you can buy a scooter with horizontal lc minarelli, but it's less durable, gets less power and you'll need to change every piece from the motor at the same time or you'll break everything.

danixsc well I got my hands on a genuine buddy 50 aka a pgo it's set up mid race running 72mph 115kmh S6 Sport Pro ac, yasuni c16, polini up gear, variator tuning ect.. I have one other 50mil it's a liquid cool Kymco s9 and it runs 80kmh stock. and honda aero/lead 125 2t tops out 100kmh... I stay in the US the 2t scooter scene is not very big here and you'll be lucky to get your hands on a 2t.. if they can't pass emission laws here then you can't buy one brand new even importing one is very difficult Yamaha Honda Piaggio Kymco Aprilia all 4t 50s now.. the only company I know of so far that still sells 2t is Genuine/Pgo trying to find a Piaggio 2t is dang near impossible but definitely like to find a early typhoon 50 I know those came with the ac hi per2 it was only sold for like 2 to 3 years then pulled from the us market sometime in '08.. I plan on keeping all of my scoots.. I'm even stocking up on the china minarelli 90ccs engines

hello fabio the 19 x 15 is the size off the variator weights ... the size off the variotor is maximum over range ( wich increases the size off the rear pulley ) to give a more stable transmission ... the over range packs use all the space available in the engine case ... you could change your acceleration and top speed by changing the gearings there is a primary and secundairy reduction in the gearbox going to the rear wheel

Beter een doppler uitlaat, yasuni r is voor hoogtoerig 50 denk ik en doppler voor laagtoerig 70cc

ik zou adviseren de hardste trekveren en drukveer voor origineele koppeling en rond de 5g voor te beginnen

+zip stunter Ik val je weer is lastig, deltaclutch malossi en wingbell in de setup nu. Geen dik meer, maar als hij warm is bij volgas gaat hij uit in stilstaand. Sproeier 82 (Bluuh geluid) moet dus groter? Wat adviseer je.

+Eric Gilewski yeah the hardest springs possible (black malossi) and delta clutch modded to make them even harder , nowadays i have a dopler sx86 clutch even better .

Same clutch i got . delta with bell . in usa i have no idea what a sx86 is but i will ditch these white springs

sry for the late reply , cool the big bore parts are realy fast , u should use a big carb like minimum 28 mm for bigbore setups

What variator site are u using? 15x12?

Fabio Romero is not stock... butt not tuned to the max ... first i want to get the scoot set up and tuned on the dyno ... and then later i will increase the carb to 35 keihin and give the cylinder a max tune :)
