There is so much lore within their music, I would highly advise starting with their first album, Sundowning, and going through the three albums in order.

Im here for it. Worship! Love your energy, lets go. Alkaline, Ascensionism maybe next. People say metal (so does spotify playlists) but like, it's just one of the "flavors" they like to use in some songs, although many of them. Hope you enjoy them ❤

I’ve just started listening to Sleep Token out of curiosity because I have been seeing them all over the place. I don’t know what it is about this song but it’s f***ing sexy. I’ve listened to a few other songs and some just aren’t for me, they’re really good, don’t get me wrong, but maybe just not my style. A couple other songs by them that I really like are Dark Signs and The Summoning. I like your reactions and I like your enthusiasm for music so I’ll definitely continue to watch. ✌🏻

First time hearing them. Loved the heavier beat in the "third act". Thanks for introducing us to this. I'll dive into their music a bit. Another great reaction. Loving your channel.

This one was a slow burner for me at first and now it's my absolute favorite. So fun to play on bass. Sleep Token has so many great songs and they all have a unique flavor.

Welcome to the rabbithole Jessie. You will not hear another song in the whole catalogue like this one. In fact you will never hear any song that is the same. You cannot predict ST. I would suggest you try the 1st album instead of the last in the trilogy, try the night does not belong to god, The Offering and Levitate then the track Bloodsport from the room below version to get the full range of Vessel's vocals. Have fun😢

If you want a recommendation for more from Sleep Token, check out their song The Apparition. There is no visualizer for it, but it is from the same album as Granite and it's lovely

Why don't you see people in the "real" world? Like you Jessie and that's a bit of a worrying comment? But hey if you're happy? Crack on.

oh, i'm just not very social. online I don't mind, but irl, I get shy and awkward and stuff. I'm not bothered by it. I've already lived a life full of people and adventure and drama. I'm content with quiet and solitude and focusing on my family and my hobbies now.

Ok then. Just concerned a bit? Getting to know you? Not creepy like lol. Seems you like electronic pop/beats? I've listened to some of your stuff. Not bad. Back in the day UK there was quite a big electro thing? Not sure if it made it over the pond? Bands like Kraftwerk, (German go Autoban), Depeche Mode? Gary Numan, (again funny enough his best was Cars?) I'm lot older than you by some ways and from UK not USA. Learning.

@@mikeb7379 I'm familiar with Depeche Mode, but not the others. I'll have to check them out 😊

I didn't particularly like this. I don't know what word to use ,whether it is the electronics or what but the "thick sound almost monotone feel to it does not resonate with me. I think i have tried them before because there is so much hype for them.

i can see why some people would not like their style. it's nice that you gave them a chance 🙂 ...twice lol

No bad songs. Deep dive. Thank me later. My ST songs are Sugar, Nazareth, Dark Signs, Ascensionism & Atlantic oh and live version of Halleluiah lately but you'll be hard pressed to find a bad song. Strangely enough Vessell 2 caught my ear first. Vessell's voice had to grow on me, but once it did I loved it. Fantastic band.
