So this song is special in AC/DC lore. Bon Scott was the original lead singer and they had massive success with him in the 70’s. He dies from an OD, and they replace him with this guy, Brian Johnson. This is the first single with the new lead singer after a hiatus. Back in Black. So good.

Anyway, Brian was asked by Angus and Malcolm to audition and he's been w/AC/DC now for almost 45 years now. As far as the album is concerned .. it is one of the top 5 best selling albums in music history. Greatest rock n roll band ever imo and Angus Young on guitar is the greatest rock guitarist ever as far as I am concerned. AC/DC are absolute rock legends and this album is in the top 3 best selling albums of all time, thriller, this, something like that, the eagles live, pink floyd dark side of the moon are all right up top.

Back in Black is probably AC/DC's best-known song. It's actually been in several movies, including Iron Man and Megamind.

Like others have said... Angus Young (lead guitar) is copying Chuck Berry. Chuck Berry is one of THE God Fathers of Rock and Roll (starting in 1955 with his song "Maybelline") Chuck Berry first did the famous Duck Walk on stage in 1956. Later he modified this into a "kick step" and used it in his performance of "Johnny B Goode" in 1958. It's this "Kick Step" that Angus Young is doing, and almost identical copy of Chuck Berry. Many white rock bands in the late 50's and early 60's, including the Beatles, was inspired by Chuck Berry. Angus is one of them. He loved Chuck Berry! In this song, Back in Black, Brian Johnson (Lead Singer) almost sounds like he's rapping the lyrics, and this was released in 1980.
