'Kiss on my list' performed by Rob Thomas and Daryl Hall live at Daryl's house is another great version of a Hall & Oats original but like others say, it's a great channel with plenty of amazing performances to choose from. This is just one of my personal favourites.

I have watched this so many times. So much soul in this room. Thats the mother of all jam sessions. He has an entire library of collabs at his house with different famous artists. You could dive deep into this pit.

So this is another example of how a tune becomes timeless, and transends years. If a song is good, it's good, You gotta bring it with your talent if you are covering it, and especially when you are singing it as a duet with the writer, who still, at his age, can rise to the occasion. There's a lot of Live From Daryl's House vids up there and many are amazing. I don't think he does the show anymore, but there were a lot of people who wanted to get on there. Older acts that Daryl looked up to, as well as newer talent. When it gets close to Christmas time, you may wanna watch (Shelby Lynne -- Xmas [Live from Daryl's House #61-06] kzfaq.info/get/bejne/g9ufbNiKqruqYKM.html ) . You could also do it in July, since there's a lot of stores that still have those "Christmas in July sales". So it would be a play on that.

"Daryl's House" is a small bar/night club in upstate NY that Daryl Hall owns. All kinds of talent come there to play, but Daryl and his house band do play there sometimes. "Live From Daryl's House" (LFDH) was a TV series on MTV that showed Daryl and his house band collaborates several great and upcoming artists from multiple genres. They do some of the artist's songs and several Hall & Oates staples. Also, most times it's filmed at "Daryl's House", but I've seen them go on the road to visit and perform with Darius Rucker in Charleston, SC and to Hawaii to hang out with Todd Rundgren. Great, GREAT stuff! MORE PLEASE!

I saw him in 1982 when I was 10 years old. This is the culmination of 50 years of honing your craft. I can't believe he could get better and better but here we are. Just WOW. This is why you play and play and never stop. Daryl Hall is around 70 now, but he's this good because he never stopped playing. He so obviously lives for what he does and it shows. .

Live from Daryl’s House is not always at his house. He’s got a great home studio, though. I think most episodes are now filmed at a club near his home, but sometimes he does go to other places. It’s a great concept. Have the artists come to you, if you don’t want to be on the road all the time, right? This is a great one, thanks for the reaction!!

YES, IT'S AT DARYL HALL'S HOUSE ( HALL AND OATES ) :) SO YOU CAN LOOK ON WIKI, DARYL HAD THE SHOW FROM 2008-16, I THINK 84 EPISODES IF I RECALL, ANYWAY ONE OF THE BEST 1'S WAS WITH ( JOE WALSH ) LIFE'S BEEN GOOD, ROCKY MOUTAIN WAY, BUT ANYWAY WIKI WILL LIST THE EPISODES IN ORDER SO :) GREAT STUFF FOR SURE

I consider that to be the best song ever done on LFDH. There is a reason why Daryl is known as the king of blue eyed soul. The baseline grove on that one is insane, and Pauly Pesco's harmonies are always flawless.

I saw H&O as an opening act for ELO in 1981. I'd heard some of their stuff on the radio of course, but hadn't been particularly impressed. But their live performance blew me away, especially Daryl Hall. Don't think I ever bought one of their albums, but next time they came to town I bought a ticket.

A live performance doesn't get much better than that. You gotta check out some more of the jams at Darryl's house. The episode with Billy Gibbons (ZZ Top) is a good one. The backing musicians on his show are badass. I enjoy watching them as much as the main guests. Great choice and loved the reaction!

Good take on an H&O tune. Cee Lo's vocals and the tune itself on the original Gnarls Barkley's 'Crazy' are imo one of the best bits of music of the time, early-mid 00s, or thereabouts. Always something fire happening at Daryl's House. Great players, monster grooves, fantastic tunes, what's not to love?!

Daryl's House is a really cool series. It's his real house. Each episode is pretty much he has a famous musician over & then they perform one of the guest's big hits + one of Hall & Oates big hits. In this episode they also do Cee Lo's 'Fuck You' (it's probably the best version of it I've ever heard too--worth listening to).
