Elvis gave away over 200 Cadillacs and to complete strangers!! Please react to Elvis...A Generous Heart the short version. Elvis was a huge part of opening the very first St Jude Children's Hospital. Check out Elvis...King of Kindness. You would appreciate & enjoy it! He did so much that was NEVER acknowledged.

When I was in grade School we held a bike a thon every year to raise money for St. Jude Hospital. I raised the most money 2 years in a row and one the grand prize and one the second year Danny Thomas sent me a autographed photo

This had to be while they were only showing him from the waist up. They thought that it was indecent when he would dance so they would only show him from the waist up. Every time he would move that pelvis of his is when the girls would go nuts.

Elvis was very mischievous, my guess is this is when they were only filming him from the waist up, so when he raised his arm and went up on his toes, he was trying to lift his "Pelvis" into Camera range, to challenge authority, just a guess !! 😉 Kind of like when he wiggled his little finger at Russwood Park, shown in the scene from the Elvis Movie.
