You just stumbled onto one of the most underrated singers out right now. Faouzia (Fo-Zee-Uh) is a 20yo Morrocan-Canadian singer. She has an impressive range and unmatched low register and vocal agility for a female singer. I recommend you check out her original song Tears of Gold (Stripped) next! P.S I dropped her as a recommendation on one of your Morisette videos recently so maybe that's why it was recommended?

Love Faouzia!! Not just vocally talented. Excellent instrumentalist and performer, but her songwriting is also really impressive to me. Somewhat like Morissette, I haven't found anything online from Faouzia that I don't like, but her songs with the simpler arrangements are my favorites.
