This was my wedding song, as I’m sure lots of others used too. Sang every word as I looked into her eyes for the entire first dance. That was 25 years ago. Hope to be able to sing it to her 25 years from now.

33 years ago, I met this beautiful little blonde. This became our song. This past December, we renewed our vows for our 30th anniversary. It is possible to find that Love of a Lifetime.

FireHouse, great band and this Powerballad Song is from their 1990 Debut Record, check more hits from this Album like Don't Treat Me Bad, Rock On the Radio and All She Wrote, then their second Album titled Hold Your Fire with the hits Reach For The Sky and the Powerballad When I Look Into Your Eyes. Surprised you guys didn’t say much about the range and amazing power of the lead singer’s voice. C.J. Snare is one of the best vocalists to come out of the 80’s hair band era. I’ve seen them live and he is the real deal.

When I went to basic training, I missed my girlfriend terribly. I was in Texas on the phone with her one night, while she was back in Kansas. I looked up and saw a bright star and told her to go out and see if she could see it. She did and that became our star. Whenever we were apart, we would look to that star. 6 years later she dumped me. F__k that star, I'm waiting for it to fall out of the sky any day now. That was over 30 years ago.

I dated a lot, some for years, but unfairly I found reasons to end the relationships. I probably messed up a few good relationships that might have gone somewhere. Oh well...
