Fact: the drummer Martin Carrizo, was suffering from ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis) in this concert, but nobody knows, he made a huge effort to be able to play at that show, you can see this on his face, it brokes my heart, that same disease led to his death. One of the best drummers in Argentina and Latin America. He played with cerati and in a band called AN.I.M.A.L, que en paz descanses martin querido... una persona y musico excepcional

Hello friend, in the beginning (1976) this man (Carlos Aberto Solari) known as Indio Solari, formed together with Skay Beillinson and other great musicians, the band called "Patricio Rey y sus Redonditos de Ricota". They were together until 2001. They separated and since 2004 Solari has formed "Los Fundamentalistas del Aire Acondicionado". El Indio together with his group, has generated the biggest concerts ever seen for a single rock band. This recital took place in 2016 in the town of Tandil and for now is the band's last recital with El Indio live. The band continues to do recitals and on some songs, Solari appears virtually. In the year 2022, the drummer and music producer you see there (the great Martín Carrizo) passed away. Well, just some facts, I like your reaction to this event. Solo artist name when performing live and doing covers: Indio Solari. New backing band after LRDR disbanded: "Los Fundamentalistas Del Aire Acondicionado" (none of them are former member of Los Redondos) This song got a powerful and iconic lyrics like "violence is to lie". Like we told you before, going to an Indio Solari live concert is called "Misa ricotera" (ricotera mass), is like pilgrimage, everyone from all across the country of every corner went to see them play live. No one wants to miss it. Tandil 2016 was packed with 200K fans becoming the biggest live concert ever in Argentinian rock history, next year "Olavarría 2017" were 300K attendants breaking past record and it was last Indio live concert (physically). I'm really glad you listen to Argentinian music.❤❤❤ About this band, look, you will find that some bands have different names and that's bc they separated then some members start another band or become solo singers. The original name of this band was "Patricio rey y sus redonditos de ricota" then they separated and the vocalist known as Indio Solari started another band called " Los fundamentalistas del aire acondicionado" ( literally "Air conditioner fundamentalists" I know weird name but... 🤷♀️) Same case for another famous band called "Los piojos" that after separated his vocalist, Ciro Martinez, started the band "Ciro y los persas" About the crowd, the crowd is the reason bands like Coldplay, for example, did 10 concerts at River Plate (the biggest stadium in the country) most of them sold out. @@GOTGames btw, it's highly unlikely you could ever attend an Indio Solari concert, as he is retired now due to health conditions. So sad for everyone indeed. The last of his concert was in Olavarria 2017 (you can see the live concert in KZfaq) and there was half a million ppl...!

Hola .la banda actual del indio se llama " los fundamentalistas del aire acondicionado " si .es un genio .lo amamos el lleva ente 300000 mil a 500000 mil persona en los ultimos recitales .debe hacerlo en espacios muy grandes , pue lo demas le queda chico . Te felicito que lo descubriste ahora . Actualmente con 73 años sigue escribiendo temas hermosos .buscalo como Indio Solari y" los fundamentalistas del aire acondicionados" .pues los redondos es una antigua banda . Indio Solari was the frontman, singer and lyricist of Los Redonditos de Ricota (1976-2001). Since then, he is is a soloist with Los Fundamentalistas del Aire Acondicionando. The songs you reacted to were all covers of Los Redondos, with arrangements almost exact to the originals.

The singer's name is Indio Solari, here is performing with his actual band 'Los Fundamentalistas del Aire Acondicionado' (The Air Conditioning Fundamentalists) but the song is from his former band 'Patricio Rey y los Redonditos de Ricota', aka 'Los Redondos' as their short name, that is a cult band in Argentina, the greatest R&R band in the history of our country. This is a concert in the city of Tandil in 2016, 200.000 people attended the concert. One year later they did a bigger one in Olavarria with 350.000 people.

If you wanna keep being mindblown by Argentinian crowds, you should check the World Cup celebration when our team came back from Qatar with the cup. Over 4 million people rocked Buenos Aires city on December 20th. It was nuts. I watched it on TV cause I don't live in BsAs, and I was mindblown by the energy of these people. They spent HOURS under the sun with no food or water and they kept singing and jumping and waving flags. Some parts of the city were damaged after the event, but it was because it's impossible to control that many people. Anyway, we are world championssss ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Los redondos y el Indio Solari en Argentina son parte importante de la cultura popular. Se podria decir q es por la gran banda de musicos, pero no es solo eso. Son muy importantes las letras y la poesía urbana, oscura, casi arrabalera del Indio. Escrita en un lunfardo, en un idioma de la calle, pero no excenta de increible poesía proletaria y mistica, ponele.

Brro this is Argentina! U wouldn't understand it 'till u experience it.. We are very welcoming, friendly, loving people, but also a bit crazy and passionate about our culture. I hope u can come some day but be prepared to have the trip and the love of ur life!...hugs from Cordoba City. Argentina. By the way, that concert put 600.000 people together. I'm 48 now and living in a farm but i grew up in the city and went to every "Los Redondos" concerts for a while. Carlos Alberto Solari (El Indio) junto a Skay Beilinson guitarrista formaron la banda llamada Patricio Rey y sus Redonditos de Ricota (de dónde salen temas como jijiji y Nuestro amo juega al esclavo).... después de muchos años esa banda se separó y el Indio formo otra banda. Los "fundamentalistas del aire acondicionado " En este concierto hubieron 400.000 personas dentro y otras 100.000 quedaron afuera. Te recomiendo: Divididos 🇦🇷 "paisano de Hurlingham" Ciro y los persas🇦🇷 " antes y después" ( en ferro)

What's most amazing about El Indio is that he works with no label, he's independet. He does a show every 2 or 3 years with no publicity. 500.000 in a concert. Look for La Misa del Indio and you'll see people taking over an entire town

I was going to say the same, there was more, in fact, it couldn't be done in a stadium it was a hipódromo (i don't know how you say a horse racetrack)... Inside the estimate it's between 350 and 400 thousand, but there was people outside who couldn't enter, with them it's more like 500 thousand. As for the name of the band, Indio Solari is the man you see singing, and the band are los fundamentalistas del aire acondicionado (the air conditioning fundamentalists), but the original band before they broke up were Patricio rey y sus redonditos de ricota (also called by the fans "los redondos")

Ese show parece el que se hizo en Olavarría, cuando tocaba Indio Solari en Argentina se movilizaban personas de todo el país, en ese show hubieron mas de 500.000 personas, se hizo en un Aeródromo porque ya los estadios y campos donde se suelen hacer shows no eran suficiente para la cantidad de fanáticos de Indio. Indio Solari is the vocalist of Patricio Rey y sus Redonditos de Ricota (aka Los Redondos). The band splitted. This video is from Indio's solo show. He used to play just a concert in the year in a huge open place lke this one. The musicians that are with him are "Los fundamentalistas del aire acondicionado" (air conditioning fundamentalists)

React to "el charro chino" at the same concert (tandil 2016) its a great song by the greatest argentinian rocker (obviouslly im talking of Indio) sorry for my bad english, in this live are 250.000 souls, but in 2017 in Olavarria it is rumored that there were half million people, unfortunately there are no high quality videos, love from Argentina

El Indio Solari fue líder de la banda "Patricio Rey y los Redonditos de Ricota" (Los Redondos), y luego se formó a "Los Fundamentalistas del Aire Acondicionado", pero con el Indio Solari siempre quedó este legendario apodo de Los Redondos que tienen su propia religión, en este concierto se sabe que hubo más de 300.000 personas pero no fue el de más concurrencia de ellos, de hecho los conciertos aquí se realizaban en hipódromos porque los estadios de fútbol quedaban chicos para tanta demanda. Okay, Indio Solari is the name of the singer, akin Ceratti for Soda Stereo. Initially, Solari was a member of a sort of performative group including musicians by the late '70s, that evolved into a full fledged rock band. On these original performances they would include food so they distributed ricotta cheese ball snacks, from where the name of the band emerged (the guys giving the audience ricotta ball snaks, to call them "ricotta balls"). Back in the day they promoted concerts as "Patricio Rey y sus Redonditos de Ricota" (Patricio Rey and his Ricotta Balls"), but Patricio Rey, as the allegued band front man was a ficticious character: they started every show apologizing "because Patricio couldn't make it to the show". "Los Redonditos de Ricota" were coloquially addressed as "Los Redondos". This spanned three decades. Eventually the original band split apart and its members departed with their own projects. Indio Solari did so with a new band known as "Los Fundamentalistas del Aire Acondicionado" (The Air Conditioning Fundamentalists), yet performing the most iconic songs from "Los Redonditos de Ricota", hence you may find two (or more) versions of each of these songs, as they move from band to band and bands formations. This history went on for 40+ decades, with 3 generations of followers. As Solari aged, he got Parkinson and his show began to scarse, and eventually he made a single presentation per year that for every fan knowledge, it could be the last, hence the amount of people attending these shows that they called "masses". They needed to do it in huge spaces, often in towns, like this one with an attendance of half million people.

The intro that you are hearing (that tribal thing) is the intro of every Indio's gig. He was the founder and frontman of a very famous rock band in Argentina called "Patricio Rey y sus Redonditos de Ricota".. LOS REDONDOS for short. This song is from Los Redondos but he is a solo artist now. "Los fundamentalistas del Aire Acondicionado" is the name of the band of his solo project.

More than 400,000 people. El Indio's concerts are held in open venues, there aren't stadiums for so many people. The vibrations from people's jumps were measured as an earthquake.

The first and only concert of that band that i could go was that one. It was in a town called Tandil, and the crowd was about 200k people. An amazing experience. Nowadays Indio has some health issues (Parkinson) and is 74yo, wich means he was 68yo at that concert. I think there will be no more concerts like that one.

The singer's name is INDIO SOLARI, his first rock band was called PATRICIO REY Y SUS REDONDITOS DE RICOTA (fans affectionately renamed the name of the band LOS REDONDOS)- Now INDIO SOLARI has this band called INDIO Y THE FUNDAMENTALISTS OF AIR CONDITIONING. but until today the music that involves INDIO SOLARI continues to be recognized as LOS REDONDOS. Indio (nickname) Solari (surname) was the lead singer o f los redondos, this is after they disbanded. His accompanig band's name means literally "The AC Fundamentalists".. this was about 400,000 people.

Hi Friend! The story of the band starts at 1976 with Patricio Rey y sus redonditos (AKA Los Redondos), they iniciate in the underground, recording the first album in 1985. With the past of the time they will become at the most masive and icononic band of Argentina. In 2001, the band split apart making three diferents band. *The singer and songwriter Indio Solari create the Fundamentalistas of Aire acondicionado. In 2018 Indio as frontmen made his late show (at the moment) in Olavarria, the band Fundamentalistas continues without him making shows with songs of Indio as solo artist and song from his time in Los Redondos. By the way, Indio is now with another project call the Marsupiales. With Fundamentalistas, Indio make 5 albums. *The Guitarrist and composer Skay Beillinson starts with his solo album "Através del Mar de los sagarzos" in 2002 becoming guitarrist and singer of his projet. The band at first were The followers of the Khali Goddess and now it´s call The Fakirs. As solo artist Skay made 7 albums. *In 2018 aprox, a new band of formers musicians of Patricio Rey iniciates his own route. The Bassman and plastic artist Semilla Bucciarelli, the saxophonist Sergio Dawi, the Baterist Walter Sidotti, and one of the firsts guitarrist Tito Fargo, create Los Decoradores making shows as Kermesse Redonda. In all the Shows the band invites singers to fill the spot of Indio. Lately Walter left the band taking his place Hernan Arraberri a musicians in los Redondos era. Is important to mention Los Redondos were more far away of a Rock band it self. At the first period, the shows had poets, dancers, and perfomist, like Rolling Thunder Revue the Bob Dylan tour. The stetic of the albums of Los Redondos and Skay were made by a plastic artist call Rocambole (the simbols of Los Redondos were in tatoos, flags and walls all over argentina), for the other hand Indio make his own arts in his albums. The bald guy with glasses is called Carlos "El Indio" Solari. He was the singer of a band called "Patricio Rey y sus redonditos de ricota" (AKA "Los redondos"). They started in the late 70's as a small independent cult band and started growing and gaining a bigger and bigger following by word of mouth. By the late 90's they were selling out stadiums and there were not venues large enough to hold all the fans attending to a concert. They separated in 2001 and Solari pursued a solo carrer with his backing band known as "Los fundamentalistas del aire acondicionado". Both songs you've reacted to (this one and "Ji ji ji") are Redondos' classics.

All the major US and British bands bands like AC/DC, the Rolling Stones, Nirvana and such have always chosen Argentina as their first choice for a performance because they know it's the best crowd. We are very passionate people and what I believe is that, since our economy is one of the worst in the world, we lead very stressful lives so we need to let off steam and that's one of the ways we do it 😂 You can type "Argentina best crowd ever" here on KZfaq to see parts of concerts from these bands I'm talking about. It's crazy.

Friend, the Indian Solari is the singer and founder of the redonditos de ricota (band), currently unfortunately he is ill with Parkinson's, and he supports a band that plays the songs of what is called the air conditioning fundamentalists, Indio force!!! In the last shows I already did it in fields and in the stadiums there were guys talking about 100 ml of tremendous people
