Marty Balin was the lead singer on this. He left and had a solo career with a few hits. Hearts was his biggest hit, and I think you'd like it too. Peace

Born in 1969 - My parents kept a little transistor radio playing top 40 in almost every room of our house 24/7 throughout the '70s. They were each nominal musicians, but just loved having a groove wherever they went in the house. I'd no idea who Marty Balin or Jefferson Starship were at the time, but this song (along with some of the other Marty classics) is easily among the most memorable. I love it more now than I did then.

Another song with miracles in it is ny Fleetwood Mac, "You Make Lovin Fun!" Has a little bit of funky grove to it. 🎶 From their 1977 Rumors album.

Yes..this is a vibe...we had a time of 'lounge' music...just as you described..sitting back and enjoying the groove... I see you also did Boz Scagg 'Lowdown' who was totally vibe...I miss those days..ah but I was also much younger..heavy sigh... Your mother certainly knew this song... 🌿🌿🌿

I haven't thought of this in ages! Something my first girlfriend and I listened to a lot when I was in 9th grade and she was in 10th grade in the summertime. Along with a lot of Beatles and Rolling Stones and ELO add EXO and Sweet and Boston and Kansas and Lynyrd Skynyrd and just all kinds of things. Can't wait to watch it.

That's hilarious, and I loved how much you got into that. It's kind of that subtle '70s thing at first and then it just keeps working and working and working and expanding and I love that about that '70s music. I'm biased cuz that's when I was a kid but I'm a musician forever and I've checked out every era and I love them all each in their own way so it's not really fair to compare. But I sure do love some of that '70s music man. It was just a Great era for that. It was right before the technology really hit hard.

Ace, I listened to this entire album over and over back in the day! I really love the entire album! IMHO, Marty Balint's vocals combined with Grace Slick's sultry background were unparalleled, at the time! Not sure why I have never requested it to a reactor. I think I was nervous that it might be considered too long, (not that THAT'S ever stopped me before, lol). I just loved seeing your reaction. Great!!

Only part way through it but judging on how you like this man I believe this is just one album later, and it's before the even later one with Mickey Thomas killing it on jane, one of the greatest vocal performances of all time from that era. But yeah this is the perfect blend of the two I think. Runaway. It was a huge hit slightly after this and before the other one but I have a feeling you would absolutely love this, Ace. It has some visuals with it but I think it's just put to the audio track and it's not their main channel so I bet it wouldn't get blocked at all. It's fantastic. m.kzfaq.info/get/bejne/rN1olramnpOviZ8.html&pp=ygUaSmVmZmVyc29uIFN0YXJzaGlwIFJ1bmF3YXk%3D

Oh man, I would give anything for that right now here in Kansas USA although it's supposed to get up to 70 tomorrow in February which is unheard of. But it's been so cold but yeah man this is cracking me up. This is nothing but early to mid 70s Vibe for sure.

5 star song. As unabashed a love song as it gets. There not only isn't any other songs on that album like this, but there may not be any anywhere. Try "Shameless" by Garth Brooks for more of the same sentiment.
