I've liked this song since the first time I heard it. I never knew who performed it. You don't hear music like this on the Classic Rock stations. I'm grateful for KGSR in Austin for playing Kaleo and other progressive and alternative rock bands. This is ridiculously good! Thank you, Agnete and Harri!

Great reaction, Harri. I have loved this song since it 1st came out and was a bit surprised that this is a band of white guys from Iceland. It definitely sounds more like a blues/soul sound that you would find in the southern United States. I’m glad this song made its way to you.

I didn't think I knew this artist but when the song started I knew it and I love this song. What a shock. It has been featured on so many shows like, Orange is the New Black, Grey's Anatomy, This is Us and the list goes on and on. The vocals are unforgettable and the instrumentation is phenomenal. So glad I know who's been catching my attention. They are Icelandic and this is their 2nd song released from their debut album. It made it to Number 1 on the Billboard Hot 100's Alternative Chart. Kaleo is Hawaiian for "the voice" so fitting! They have a video of this song Live in a volcano and the acoustics are perfect for this song. "Skinny" video is filmed outside an erupting volcano. "No Good" Live at United Record Pressing, Nashville is a hard rocking blues song you will love. "I Can't Go on Without You" Live at 89.3 The Current is phenomenal and showcases his great whistle.

They did a live version of this song inside a dormant volcano. Definitely worth the watch if you have the time. I would also suggest "Break My Baby" they also do a live version of that one called "Live at Pridrangar". Amazing band.

I don't think of this song is of the human tendency to do the wrong things; I feel this song is about one who is challenging themselves to accomplish something great in their lives that they never done before. It's going to cost ya; something inside you will change. In order to achieve the prize, one has to reach deep inside your body's energy and soul that WILL BRING PAIN AND MISERY that you'll never forget. Do I deserve this?!? Then there is the huge amount of time to accomplish what you want. Do I get what I deserve when I go WAY DOWN I GO. Kaleo screaming pain when he sings "Way Down We Go...go...go....... Because it is painful journey trying to achieve something great! Didn't you see my "feet run wild" like a little duck whose feet paddle like crazy following it's mother, but on top the duckling looks calm but stressed.
