Amazing show. We'll never see its like again. And being a massive movie geek I anxiously awaited Leigh Whannel's segment every week. Leigh was like the film nerd buddy I never had growing up. It's been surreal and awesome to see him become such a big deal in Hollywood.

Anyway forget about Steak & Chips - have seen 'The Gurg' as we call Regurgitator three or so times live. They do a good show. My fave Gurg tracks are probably 'I sucked a lot of **** to get where I am' or 'Black Bugs' (slightly different music) - love to see you Wolfies react to these.

check out earlier Regurgitator like "Blubber Boy". completely different sound, they started off with a fuzz guitar garage band sound. I lost interest in them when they went in this direction with Polyester Girl etc on the Unit album.

I Will Livl Your Arsehole is very good. Some songs on Unit weren’t great, for sure, like every album they did, someof it is trash…….,.and some of it is top tier musicianship.

Steak (medium rare) & Oven Chips for me. I cut chips (steak cut type fries), parboil & dry them, then brush with oil & cook in oven for 15 minutes or so. So good and a bit more healthy.

Found this on the song The song "Polyester Girl" by Regurgitator is a satire of the shallowness and superficiality of popular culture. The protagonist of the song is infatuated with a plastic girl, who he loves for her looks and for the way she makes him look when they are out in public together. Although the girl is just an object, the narrator declares his love for her and talks about how perfect she is. Underneath this shallow sentimentality is a biting mockery of a society that values appearance above all else. The bridge of the song further emphasizes this message, as the plastic girl eventually bursts and is taken away, illustrating how quickly and easily such shallow relationships can be broken. Overall, the song is a critique of the absurdity of our obsession with physical beauty and portrays the narrator as an unwitting victim of this obsession.
