He does have another album and he was going to release it but then Nicole arbor took him back to court. He’s not going to let happen to this album what happened to the People’s Champ album for the same reason. So he’s not releasing any new record until he’s done with court. At least that’s the last word he said.

Ya know, I can get that some folks might not like Upchurch. He's country and rapping. He makes rock and actual country music, which might not be their thing, but to say he's trash is straight up bigoted. These folks need to say that they don't like what he stands for, but also admit that he at least sounds amazing. All this trashy music being pumped out, and people want to latch onto the Churchman who just speaks about his life. Weird.
