I commented in your last video but I will say it again... Miss Americana Documentary of Taylor... just puts her in perspective her story and how she found her voice.... it really shows how life has transformed her and her career into the icon she is. That documentary if you watch it and are not a fan of her music I cannot understand how you would not be a fan of Taylor the human she is. She is an incredible inspiration 💗

@@enchanted.bywords I agree... it really helped me to understand her and her music just had a whole new meaning/perspective after I watched it. It's shows how relatable she is. I kind of wish he would watch this before doing many more reactions to her music... I think he would love her even more after watching it. I wish the haters would watch it... some just love to hate but I don't know she isn't what so many people try to make her out to be. I hope she will do another documentary lol can you imagine how a new one would go over? 😍

This is an older song, from her second album “Fearless.” What she does brilliantly, and better than any other artist could, is create new arrangements of her songs. And in this particular case, it drops the country and made to fit her 1989 pop sound. She’s flawless and her talent is infinite.

One of Taylor's biggest goals when creating a concert experience is to try to get as close to as many fans as she possibly can. For 1989 it was the cool rotating platform. Reputation had two B-stages at the back of the venue that she FLIES to from the main stage in a sparkly basket thing as she sings 'Delicate.' Eras Trou has the big stage that extends about 2/3 to the back of the arena. It's such a vibe!

If you want to hear her talk before singing, the Grammy Museum performances are a good choice. My favorite is Out of the Woods on the piano - she first talks about what the song means to her, and the performance is absolutely beautiful. Fun fact: she designed that stage - she wanted to be able to get as close to as many fans as possible. I also want to say that if you ever did live Taylor streams on Twitch I would sign up for that SO FAST.

I’m older than Taylor by 20+ years. Her early stuff was a little too bubble-gum pop to me so I never paid much attention to the lyrics and I listened to much different music. Then the pandemic hit and she started putting out a ton of different sounding music that was in the singer-songwriter vibe that I love so much. I bought Folklore and Evermore, then Midnights. Then, I watched the Miss Americana doc and the Long Pond Sessions and I really started admiring who she was as a person. In the last couple of months I started consuming reaction videos to her songs and got to love 1989 and Reputation, so I bought those and Red (all TV’s). I’m waiting for Rep and TS TV to be released and will buy those next. Yeah, full-on Swiftie now.

When my daughter was around 5 years old (she's 18 now), whenever this song came on the car radio, she would yell from the backseat "it's the Princess song", because of the line "you'll be the prince and I'll be the princess". So even to this day whenever I hear this song and she's around, I'll say "Hey it's the Princess song".

I was lucky enough to be at this concert when it was at Cowboys stadium in Dallas... and as awesome as it looks in this video that is NOTHING compared to being there LIVE! definitely something you HAVE to experience. On this tour she wanted to get as close to her crowd as possible, and the stage extending and going all the way around the stadium did just that! She gave everyone bracelets that would light up and pulse to the music... she wanted to see everyone as an individual light. It was too EPIC for words!!!!

It's only 30 minutes, but if you want more videos that will endear you to Taylor because she introduces each song and her thought process behind the song, interacts with people, makes silly jokes, gets personal, as well as hearing her completely unproduced, without any backing vocals or production, with only her and her guitar/piano, I HIGHLY recommend her Tiny Desk NPR mini-concert, which is available on KZfaq and is absolutely incredible. kzfaq.info/get/bejne/fNyGobNprJythKc.html

The Tiny Desk is the best performance because it’s just her, intimate, and talking to the fans like cherished friends. ❤ As for the 1989 tour: the whole thing was incredible. I had a young Swiftie who first became obsessed with the Speak Now CD and forced her brothers to listen everyday as we traveled to school (her kindergarten and them upper elementary. She was about to start 5th grade for 1989 World Tour.)When we scored tickets for San Diego in August 2015, it was the single best concert of my life. Even my husband who went to watch over us said it was the best show of his life- and that’s saying a lot because we grew up with incredible 80s concerts. My young had the best time with ALL of it: Taylor, music, production, lights, crowd, all the chatty people before we entered the venue, and the merch! Such special memories. You have to see her if you ever get the chance. This 53 year old Swiftie will remember it for the rest of my life.

She’s such an epic performer and songwriter bc what she does picks the raw nerve of every feeling you remember and all the ones you made yourself forget. She brings us emotions in a synthetic world. And we’re all human and all of us feel these things. She opens up a channel for us all to feel together these emotions that are somehow personal and universal. So much of entertainment now ignores the heart.

Her songwriting. Watch the full Grammy museum and Long Pond sessions, she talks about each song and how she came up with them. Watch this entire concert Luke, it is available in KZfaq on the EAS Channel, filmed on the last night of the Sydney leg of the tour, that stage rotates. Also when you watch live shows, quite often she’ll give a talk just before she sings, the staging for every concert tour is all her planning, she already has the tour in her head as she writes every song, she even plans the dance moves, how many dancers, the colour of the wrist bands for each song and her costumes and exactly where the costume changes will occur. I love how she’s touched you, you’ve turned into a Swifty, you now know why her army love her so much and why we’ll defend her to the end of the world and back some.

Love Story is the first song I ever heard from Taylor. I saw her perform it on a talk show in 2008 when she was promoting the Fearless album. I loved the storytelling in it. It took me YEARS to not cry and choke up to either listen or sing along to “he knelt to the ground and pulled out a ring and said….. talked to your dad, go pick out a white dress…” When I saw her do this song at The Eras Tour, the tears poured out - it was my first Taylor concert. I love it especially because the recording highlights the crowd’s reactions, and it’s just so heart warming. I promise you’ll be in tears bro. Also, “Long Live” is thought of by the Swifties as Taylor’s love letter to her fans. I’d also recommend listening to the Eras tour version of “Long Live” to hear it performed in a more up beat way.

about "The Crowd...The See of Lights!" Bracelets: One cool thing about her concerts is the bracelets they hand out that triangulate where you are in the crowd, and they blink different colors and patterns - it's a nice touch, to feel part of the lighting show. Even if you move to go to the bathroom, your bracelet will blink and change colors depending where in the stadium you are. It's very cool. Hope you go to her Eras show in Europe/UK and get to experience this in real life for yourself!

I recommend her performance at the Grammy’s of cardigan/august/willow!!!! The vocals are incredible, the visuals are as well, and it has the same two people that are in the longpond sessions (Jack Antonoff and Aaron Desner). I also don’t think you’ve heard any of those songs before, and they’re all amazing!

The story with the electronic bracelets, I'm not sure when she started it, but she said when she tweeted stadium tours, she wanted to be see everyone in the stadium up to the rafters, so they decided to give everyone at the concert an electronic bracelet that is programmed to light up to the beat and changes colors - so she can see them in the lights AND it adds to the atmosphere through the whole stadium, no matter where you're sitting.

At the Eras Tour, Nashville night 2, I was front row at the end of the runway, and when she got with the line 'on a balcony in summer air' she saw me, recognized me from the night before, and smiled then walked straight towards me and locked eyes and pointed at me for the entire line 'And you were Romeo you were throwing pebbles' - I had an out of body experience, lol it was... it was amazing.

Thanks for sharing so much - just went through a break up almost 3 years ago, after 7 years it has been hard, lots of suffering and putting up walls - not just being young, I'm 44 now... it's rough. But Taylor Swift's music, the other fans, and yes, even your channel - gives me not only a distraction and entertainment, but also hope. Much love.

This song was the first one I listened to in the radio and then kept listening to a few of next ones. I used to be a casual listener but it changed a few years ago!!! 😁

Woo hoo! congratulations on reaching 400k! Keep doing these Taylor swift videos and it will keep growing and I'll keep coming back I can't wait to meet your boy! I understand your hesitation because this online world can be quite crazy... but I also feel very strongly that more parents need to show the absolute beauty and overwhelming joy that parenthood can be! Far too many young people have decided not to have families because our world can look so bleak (I used to be one of them!), but when I fell in love with my husband it changed me and I wanted a child with him more than anything. Once I became a mum I couldn't believe how completely fulfilled and thankful I was everyday to have this blessed boy given to me at the ripe old age of 41. How I wished I had started SO much younger and had as many littles as I could, so now i try to teach my son that same joy and hope he has a big family one day... there's no greater love than that for your own child and that was a secret kept from me most of my life and I am so grateful for anyone who is brave enough to show the joys of parenthood. I applaud you because nearly everywhere you look, we are fed the complete opposite. It's clear that you are a WONDERFUL father and i look forward to getting to see you and your son!

You love the crowd, and love to see clips of her talking? You have to see some clips of her talking in Rep tour! At one point she talks about how she has them with the light up wristbands so she can see everyone! A clip you'll definitely find is Long Live/New Years' Day from Rep Tour, you'll love!

FYI, what you just watch was a clip from the 1989 World Tour movie. The entire movie is available for free here: The 1989 World Tour (on KZfaq) kzfaq.info/get/bejne/hpt6f7ChlZ6rc2Q.html And if you love watching her introductions to songs and giving background, etc., then you will want to eventually watch all of her movies.

I have never been to a Taylor Concert but I think that she hands out light up bracelets that her lighting people control. This way she can see everyone.
