He walks over a car and the girl who rushes out to confront him is actually his wife in real life. The message of the song is real & true. Life is full of obstacles but you have to get past them all and never let them hold you back from where you want to get to.

It also helps that he’s half Filipino The man was so hot in the 80s I actually regret chasing Prince for 35 years 😂 Also Slash, Duff McKagan, (pretty much all of Guns N’ Roses )George Michael, and the late great Randy Rhoads oh, he was so pretty.

It's so sad they made a great song, a huge hit for them and they barely make any money from it. Rolling Stones old manager took it all in a law suit for a sample that was part of a 1965 version of the Rolling Stones song "The Last Time".
