WhiteChapel is so gnarly atvthe end of their set when ibsaw them they lit a guitar on fire and smashed it on a big speaker stack and then proceed to know the rest of it over lol was a wild show!

They're older stuff is definitely like OG deathcore. This album was like a perfect mix of chuggy stuff and some melodic stuff of metlacore and the heavy brutality of deathcore. They're newer stuff is like this new age of popular deathcore but it's still they're own style.

I get the UABB vibe too! I was thinking it before you said it. Reminds me of their stuff in Red White Green. I've not heard a lot of Phil Bozeman, but I'm pretty sure he goes lower than this. If you coupled those kinda lows with angelic clean vocals in choruses, you get Tapestry of Me by Betraying the Martyrs. Please react to these French bois! It's funny you said they sounded like UABB I definitely feel like anything after the self titled album they got that more chuggy sound you said you like. But prior to that they definitely have the more typical deathcore feel BUT they def were all stars from that time period which produced BANGERS from that era. The Darkest Day of Man, This is exile, Possession. GREAT OG Whitechapel songs (Cult)urist (which has a great guitar solo) , The Night Remaind, The Saw Is the Law, Mark of The blade. All great newer tracks. Hope you enjoy!!!!

Shit man this is my first time reacting to this song too and it is freaking awesome! And I definitely recommend when a demon defiles a witch as well from them. Very good diversity of what they are all about and it's a newer song from them. It's actually quite emotional, and the next song to follow up from that would definitely be Hickory Creek because it plays into the lead singers past more.

My favourite albums from them are their first 3. New era>somatic>this is exile for me. I like their stuff after that but it never hit the same for me. I'd check out messiabollical from this is exile , necromechanical from new era and devirgination studies from somatic (which imo is the greatest base 100% no strings attached deathcore song of all time). The messiahbollical also has one of favourite breakdowns. Check them out for how GOAT Whitechapel was back in the day.

A New Era of Corruption is one of the best deathcore albums ever made. Only one mediocre song of the album and the mixing is state of the art. Outstanding songs include Unnerving, End of Flesh and Murder Sermon.
