"You Say Run" is essentially the main hero theme for My Hero Academia, and tends to swell up whenever someone is about to do something courageous or dangerous, or when they're facing overwhelming odds. It's most commonly associated with the main character, Midoriya/Deku, as well as his mentor All Might, and when you hear it, you're basically guaranteed something awesome.

this song is awesome! I also recommend "Mighty+u", both this song and the one o recommended were composed by Yuki Hayashi, the composer of The whole MHA OST

I honestly never understood the hype with Might+U. In that episode in particular I thought it was highly anti-climatic, but that's probably just me I guess, since it's hugely praised. I mean, I like the OST, but didn't think it fit that moment.

The show is at its sixth season, season 7, which is the final season, airs next year

You should definitely react to "Might+U". It doesn't feel like an anime song, rather like a score for a movie

You can probably find an equally great piece related to superheroes but the search will be difficult. OSTs from anime are in a different league. I love it.
