Bucaramanga is the capital of the department of Santander, in north-central Colombia. Framed by the Cordillera Oriental range of the Andes, it’s known for many parks, including Parque del Agua, with waterfalls and fountains, and the palm-lined Parque García Rovira. In the city center is the towering Catedral de la Sagrada Familia and the centuries-old, whitewashed Capilla de los Dolores, a significant chapel.

Que hermoso es ver qué un extrangero se anime a conocer nuestra ciudad, aunque causa un poco de nostalgia el ver cómo le advierten que se cuide de los ladrones, somos un país muy bello con gran diversidad de territorios, podemos llegar a ser una potencia en turismo, pero los amigos de lo ajeno siempre estarán mostrando esa cara oscura de nuestra sociedad, hay que pensar y darnos cuenta que el turismo nos puede brindar una fuente de trabajo y no preferir el lado fácil que es despropiar a las personas de sus cosas, un llamado a la conciencia Colombia, país de gente Berraca💪🏽 #Bucara

ESE extranjero venezolano no le explicó bien, no debe te tamquear su carro con gente y menos un extranjero. Ese lugar donde lo llevó no es el centro, es cabecera y es un lugar mejor, donde comio si es centro ! De Bucaramanga a Cucuta es un promedio de 5 horas, no 7 a 8 como el dijo.

Hey! I'm from Colombia. Taximeters here doesn't run over time, they work with wheel spin, but you're right, driver didn't have to refill his car gas while he was in service. He must respect customer's time.

When you meet someone it is always a best practice to say buenos dias or buenas tardes. I find the culture in Colombia to be very polite like that. Also, getting a taxi on the street is not advised. It is better to call one from the company. Might get jacked. "Ahora sale comi." I just learned to say that like this; "acabo de comer." I just ate. The verb automatically gets relegated to the recent past tense. Love Spanish.

Remember now you are on camera so the minute you observe the meter is still going then you should just say it to him when he came back in the car onetime, so if its a bad case scenario you catch it on camera,remember you are the evidence man bro,stay safe and kool guidance..
