That was a Falcon 9 rocket - one was the 1st stage on its re-entry burn, the other the 2nd stage continuing into orbit. I saw the same thing in Southern California and was mystified, then once I knew what it was, I watched the next one in real life and the live stream at the same time - and sure enough that’s exactly what it was. Very cool!

I had an opportunity to kayak around Lake Itasca in northern Minnesota a few years ago. But, it was extremely windy. I had to abort. I’ll try again. Years ago Mrs. and I often camped. Age and medical issues have cramped our style. You are so fortunate. Enjoy life.

Another awesome adventure and you all just make it so fun to watch. I also like when you're up in Tahoe as that is my Fav spot to visit, especially at sunrise with a cup of coffee on the West side of Emerald Bay.
