During the time when there was still a lot of problems with segregation in public pools mr. Rogers had a black mailman on the show and they shared a kiddie pool in a scene very similar to this and it made a huge difference.... I think it was right after a small-town drained their public pool after two young black boys swim in it rather than swimming in water they had been in. :(

Yo most back problems are due to weak muscles in key areas. Even when you get surgery it often weakens the ares below or around the “fix” You should work out man you’d be surprised. Not running I’m not a fan of cardio I think it’s bad on your joints but like lifting weights doesn’t have to be heavy either. My back issues are near gone. Awesome video bud.
