"Aceita" is a special song for Anitta because it has to do with her religion "Candomblé". The clip of this song brings references of religion. Changing the subject... I'm glad you recorded video reacting to the album. You have a good energy, I would say a Brazilian energy 😂 It's clear that you really like Anitta and it's fun to see you getting excited about the songs and not being able to stand still.

It is a religion of African origin that began in Brazil with the arrival of enslaved peoples. It has always been marginalized and associated with evil, the devil, by the white and Christian elite. This is why it suffers a lot of prejudice to this day in Brazil. Anitta lost 200k followers after posting the clip reaffirming her faith.

Brazilian Funk actually is not always about twerking, since the 2000s there are a lot of Baile Funk songs that actually feels like R&B and talks about love, that’s why Love In Common is there, because as the album’s title says “Generation” Anitta’s goals was to showcase how the genre has been since its beginning to nowadays

I love Love in Common. Anitta used to sing “funk melody” which is softer than the heavy funk songs. This one represents this side of her.
