You need to hear them do Amazing Grace … I’m from Boston… we play it at the bar after funerals… this song too actually… rose or remembrance tattoos are a staple in that community.

You really need to listen to Warren Zevon, "Rolland the headless Thompson gunner" "Layers, guns and money" and his version (he wrote the song, Rhondstadt made a famous cover) of "Poor, poor, pitiful me" plus a bunch of his slower stuff, too. Very under rated singer/writer and producer who worked on just about everything that came out of LA in the 70s and 80s.
