Jason Michael Carroll has to be the most underrated country singer ever!!!!! every song he sings, and writes most of them, is absolutely amazing!!!! every. single. song. plus he's eye candy!!!!

He wrote this song based on a true story. It took him a year and a half to write this song. He struggled to write it to the point of migraines. They have also played this song in school to help kids come forward. Some Kids have been pulled out of these horrid situations thanks to this song. Others have gotten the help they need.

This is literally the only song that makes me tear up everytime I hear it. It's so guy wrenching.

I’m a singer and two songs tear me up. This one and Don’t Take The Girl by Tim McGraw. My daughter died at birth but was brought back 47 seconds later. The longest 47 seconds of my life. I remember everything. The heart monitor was crying. I don’t know if it was mourning her loss or announcing her arrival in Heaven. It wailed long after she came back until a nurse finally calmed it down. I threatened Heaven and Hell for her soul. I asked to trade mine for hers. I begged. How cruel to take her from us right at the moment she should have opened her eyes. Cruelty like that deserves no mercy. I promised to raze and ravage their kingdoms if she wasn’t returned. I guess it worked. What would you do for your daughter?
