I have no clue where you get that, all the most famous restaurants all over the world cooks use bare hands. Those who prepare our foods are religiously asked to wash their hands. I worked in both MC Donald and Carl's junior, American two most popular fast foods nobody used gloves.

just my honest opinion, that lady who did your Swahili braids could have done a better job. Ugandans know better when it comes to "swaz". It was nice but I would have asked her to put more effort. lol
