Just found out I’m pregnant with my first yesterday, had to retest to be sure I’m not just tripping!!! Thanks so much for all your tips on becoming a mom, makes me feel much more easy knowing all these weird life changes are normal!!! Totally not looking forward to the morning sickness, but at least I know how to combat it! 😁

About varicose veins!! I got my first ones in my second pregnancy and by the fourth they were looking pretty horrible and didn't really dissappear after pregnancy. This is genetic for me and so I knew how horrible they become years later so I wanted to take action. Come to find out, this can be fixed! I found a good vein doctor and they did thermal ablations on my veins, which basically means they sealed them. My legs look better than they have in years! 👏

I’m 7 weeks along and Im finding im super lucky to not feel sick in the mornings and I eat small frequent meals in the afternoon/evenings to keep the nausea down

I've heard that starting to use apple cider vinegar before getting pregnant is supposed to help with or even get rid of morning sickness/nausea during pregnancy. I have been very nauseous during my pregnancies, and didn't know that ACV would help, so I hope to some day experience an easier pregnancy in that part.
