I remember when it was just used for Sand Mining. They stopped that and turned it into a Tourist destination. Great Video, enjoyed it.

Great video...Luckily i live in Hervey bay and regularly get over to K'gari in boat to fish along its beautiful western coast.. Been over there twice in 4x4 its world heritage listed for a reason..
