Great reaction! Blackpink is a rabbit 🐇 hole 🕳 you are definitely going to want to go down . Their fan base are called "Blinks" and is huge! They debuted in 2016 and have already broken multiple records. They have 6 songs over a billion views and 1 with over 2 billion views with several knocking on the door. The 4 girl group consists of Jisoo, Jennie, Rose' and Lisa. All, also have solo material as well.

BLACKPINK is totally different from the other kpop groups since their concept is totally urban and international, they have a high influence of HIP HOP, EDM, POP, R&B, INDIE, COUNTRY and their concerts look like ROCK concerts since they are with a 100% band live, that's why in just 7 years of career they are already the biggest girl group in the world and in history.

The group is based in S. Korea. Three girls are Korean, the rapper with the dog is from Thailand. Rosé, the blonde, grew up in New Zealand and Australia. Jennie, the rapper with the tank, lived in New Zealand for five years and Lisa, the rapper with the dog, grew up in Thailand. Jisoo, with the umbrella, was born and raised in S. Korea.

@@Hey_Jamie Yes, an interviewer once called her an Australian but she corrected him, as she still maintains her New Zealand nationality. She remained a Kiwi when she lived in Australia! She did, however, say that performing in Melbourne was like "coming home".

Global brand Ambassador for Celine and Bvgulari. Jisoo, with the umbrella, Korean. 28. Born and raised in S Korea. Visual (meaning she most meets Korean beauty standards), Lead vocalist. Nicknamed Ms Korea for her beauty. KDrama actress, has won awards for her lead role in Snow Drop. Global brand Ambassador for Dior. Rosè, green coat, Korean. 26. Born in New Zealand but grew up in Australia. Has an aussie accent. Main vocalist, Lead dancer. Called the Golden Voice of Korea. Global brand Ambassador for YSL. Blackpink music is made and produced by YG entertainment. Teddy park is their main producer. They do often bring in other singer songwriters too. Music videos have high budgets. Thats for all artists under YG.

He is also the #1 most streamed artist in the entire history of KZfaq with over 30 billion views on his channel. It is also the girl group with the most streaming in the history of SPOTIFY with 10 billion views, the merit is that they only have 38 songs (adding SOLO, group and collaborations) and 7 years of musical career, quite a phenomenon.

Blackpink just headlined Coachella both weekends last month, they were the first female group and first Korean act to headline. They had previously preformed at Coachella in 2019. Just announced 4 stadium dates in the US (2 in CA, NV, NJ) which is an encore to the sold out tour they had through the US a few months ago.

BlackPink has collaborated with Dua Lipa, Selena Gomez, Lady Gaga with a long list of artists publicly stating that they would welcome a collaboration as well. They were the Saturday evening headliners at this year's Coachella festival and was previously invited by the wife of the French president to perform at her charity event. They are finishing a world wide, sold out tour that generated over 100 million in revenue as well as planning to play the latest outdoor festivals in Great British and in France( both giving them formal invitations) They were to be the guests of first Lady of the US during a state visit with the president of South Korea, but an already scheduled, sold out concert event in Mexico City prevented BlackPink from accepting. Just saying that I really doubt anyone can connect BlackPink to you at a mere whim.
