I might suggest that you listen to the studio recording. It's done much slower and with more soul. This performance is good but I was surprised at the tempo. Love your unique reactions.

"Kokane is a helluva drug." Tempo control suffered a lot in the 70's & 80's live shows.

Yes, I agree with what others have already said here - the studio version from the early 70s is much better, so much more soulful at a more appropriate tempo so that you feel every lyric. Of course, you were great as always.
